Class: I have had some questions after the memo below. Hopefully this will clarify a few points:
1. The exam is open book, open notes. I said that a couple of times during class, but some of you asked, so I thought I should repeat that.
2. I have been working on logistics for the exam and as I mentioned below, a take home will not be possible. Realizing that this causes some challenges for some of you, the University has agreed to have a second exam date on Tuesday the 17th. This means you can come Thursday night and take the exam or come on Tuesday night at 6 and take it then. (The location for Tuesday is TBD.)
3. Both exam sessions will be 2 hours – and you only have to take the exam once. I will send an email to this set of addresses with the information about the Tuesday exam location once I have it.
