 De la Rosa Law Firm Oscar L. De la Rosa, founder of the De la Rosa Law Firm, was selected as a "Super Lawyer Rising Star" by Texas Monthly magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Prior to forming the firm in 2004, he was a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP at its Houston headquarters, where, between 1993 and 2004, he represented many of the Firm’s major energy, health care and insurance clients. Today, he represents plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation, legal malpractice and serious personal injury cases.
Mr. De la Rosa won a National Merit Scholarship and graduated from Harvard College and Stanford Law School. He is fluent in English and Spanish. |
