Keith Russell graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 1998 where he served as Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Keith graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (BA, Government) in 1995. Before attending college, Keith served in the United States Army where he earned promotion to the rank of Staff Sergeant and served in Oklahoma, Texas, and Germany. 

 

In his diverse legal practice, Keith has handled complex commercial litigation, run his own private practice law office, and worked as in-house counsel for a group of small companies. Keith has represented clients ranging from multi-national public companies to private individuals, and he has handled matters ranging from defending a national class action lawsuit to servicing the day-to-day transactional and operational issues of small businesses. 

 

Keith is admitted to practice before the state courts of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He has also handled appeals before various Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
